Job Description

LBE, Inc. is looking for an entry level architectural associate (recent graduates – 2 years of experience in an architecture firm). Candidate must have experience with architectural design and other relevant documentation. Design work will include new construction and renovation projects across federal, commercial, and industrial business sectors.

Minimum Qualifications


Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
Basic understanding of: 

    – Design solution development

    – Building construction systems

    – Applicable codes, regulations, and standards

    – Differing building types and project delivery methods

    – Programming and planning methods

Desired Experience

-Experience working on federal projects with knowledge of the UFC and the UFGS 
-LEED Credentials
-Experience in SpecsIntact
-AXP documentation, if eligible

Responsibilities Include:

  • Design and production work – from schematic design through construction documents – using Revit
  • Perform field verification and travel to sites along with project team members [May travel (<10%) to customer sites for field inspections.]
  • Assist with specifications in SpecsIntact
  • Assist in construction administration
  • Perform other assigned duties as deemed necessary by supervisor/mentor
