Job Description
LBE, Inc. is looking for an entry level architectural associate (recent graduates
– 2 years of experience in an architecture firm). Candidate must have experience with architectural design and other relevant documentation. Design work will include new construction and renovation projects across federal, commercial,
and industrial business sectors.
Minimum Qualifications
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
Basic understanding of:
– Design solution development
– Building construction systems
– Applicable codes, regulations, and standards
– Differing building types and project delivery methods
– Programming and planning methods
Desired Experience
-Experience working on federal projects with knowledge of the UFC and the UFGS
-LEED Credentials
-Experience in SpecsIntact
-AXP documentation, if eligible
